Qualification details:
The Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Multi-Skills Development in Sport provides learners with an introduction to the processes and principles of supporting child development through multi-skills. Learners become qualified to support childrenā€™s successful participation in sports and learn how to design, deliver and evaluate multi-skills activity sessions. They enhance their knowledge of movement confidence and sport-related skills, discover how to help children master the fundamentals of movement in a fun, imaginative and progressive way, and discover methods to make sports more enjoyable for children and young people.
Qualification includes:
- 11 tasks with online videos and presentations delivered by an experienced tutor
- 1 assessment day, delivered face-to-face
- All tasks must be completed
- Learners are required to complete a learner portfolio and submit this for assessment
- Qualification accessible on ANY device
Qualification requirements:
Prior to registration learners are required to:
- be accurately identified
- be at least 16 years of age
- be able to undertake any initial assessment in English.
